We’re on the lookout for experienced Pastefill Operators to join our high-performing underground team at St Ives!
The Opportunity
As a Pastefill Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our underground operations at St Ives, installing, operating and maintaining pastefill reticulation systems to support ground stability and enable ongoing mining activities.
Reporting to the Supervisor Pastefill, you’ll join a high-performing, tight-knit crew that plays a vital role in underground production and development. If you’d like to make your mark underground, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:
- Installing, operating, and maintaining underground paste reticulation, compressed air, ventilation, and water/dewatering systems
- Conducting inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely equipment repairs
- Supporting the team through handovers, technical guidance, and maintaining strong safety and housekeeping standards
What we’re looking for:
- Proven underground mining experience with service crew and pastefill exposure highly regarded
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and solve system faults
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
- Able to work effectively in a team in a physically demanding underground environment
- Valid manual C Class Driver’s Licence
- WA Dangerous Goods Security Card and Working at Heights
