- 2 x 4 days on 3 days off, 8 days on and 6 days off FIFO from Perth roster, or live locally in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie

The Opportunity:
You’ll work closely with a diverse team to contribute to operational excellence for our Maintenance & Engineering Department at St Ives Gold Mine.
Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance Underground, your expertise will shape the future of asset reliability and performance, and you’ll have the opportunity to lead improvement initiatives and mentor the team.

What You’ll Do:
- Analyse equipment performance and identify trends, failure modes, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and manage reliability strategies such as condition monitoring of oil and vibration analyse, maintenance plans, and defect elimination initiatives
- Responsible for ensuring our asset register is current, up to date and aligns with statutory requirements
- Being a key contributor to Maintenance Budget development, review and forecast with the relevant Department Superintendent
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) Investigations to prevent repeat failures
- Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline and a manual driver’s licence
- Extensive experience within reliability maintenance in mining or heavy industry
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
