The Opportunity:
You’ll work closely with a diverse team to deliver high-quality first aid, pre-hospital care, and emergency response across surface and underground operations. You’ll make a meaningful impact by ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our workforce, and your expertise will shape the future of occupational health and emergency preparedness at St Ives. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and grow by contributing, delivering, collaborating, innovating, developing, supporting, and mentoring for our Health & Safety Department at St Ives Gold Mine.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality First Aid and Pre-Hospital Care across surface and underground operations
• Lead emergency response during incidents and support crisis management processes
• Coordinate and deliver Emergency Response Team (ERT) training, including first aid refreshers and live scenario exercises
• Assist in the development, review, and continuous improvement of site ESS systems and procedures

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma in Paramedical Science

• Current AHPRA registration and proficiency in Closed Circuit Regenerative Breathing Apparatus (essential)
• Proven experience delivering ERT and First Aid training
