Trainee Dump Truck Driver

• 12-month residential trainee role based in Kambalda or the Kalgoorlie region
• 4 days, 4 nights, 6 off roster at St Ives
• Learn on the job with hands-on training and support from industry experts

The Opportunity:

In the role, you will drive dump trucks as part of our surface mining team at our owner-operated St Ives mine.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Current manual driver’s licence.
• A genuine passion for learning and a can-do attitude
• Experience within mining would be advantageous however not required.

About the Role:

• Learn to safely operate dump trucks under supervision, supporting ore loading, hauling, and delivery in line with the mine plan.
• Develop knowledge of site procedures, safety standards, and operating practices, ensuring they are followed at all times.
• Build skills to efficiently move ore and contribute to production targets while gaining an understanding of cycle times and mine operations.
