We are now accepting applications for our 2026 Graduate Program, to commence in early 2026.

We are seeking applications from passionate & motivated candidates keen to commence their career as a Graduate with Gold Fields in one of the disciplines below. These roles will be offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off Fly in Fly out roster from Perth.

About you:
-
You will be due to complete your Tertiary Qualification at the end of 2025 (or have completed within the last 12 months)

You have a current C Class manual drivers licence, or the ability to obtain one prior to the commencement of the Graduate Program early 2026

You possess strong verbal and written communication skills

You are a problem solver and innovative thinker

Previous vacation work within the mining industry will be highly regarded

You have working rights to live and work in Australia with no visa restrictions
