Role Details:
Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator at Agnew, you will be responsible for leading multi – discipline team of trades and apprentices to provide safe, quality and timely preventative and corrective maintenance to surface fixed plant equipment with major focus on alignment with Operational and Department targets.
This role is offered on 8 days on 6 days off roster and is Fly in Fly out from Perth or Drive in Drive out from the Goldfields region.

About the role:
- Complete training and uphold your duties as a statutory Appointed Supervisor under the Work Safe 2022 regulations
- Develop relationships with team members based on the GFA values
- Ensure tasks are issued and completed in a safe manner and in compliance with established safe work procedures, processes and systems that align with Australian standards
- Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills to focus the teams activities to achieve compliance to the maintenance schedule which includes weekly outages in the Crushing Circuit and Paste Plant and triannual Grinding Circuit shutdowns.
- Require understanding and drive compliance to statutory and ICMC related compliances
- Actively mentor and develop your team to support personal development

About you:
- Mechanical Trade qualification at a certified level in process plant maintenance with relevant and proven experience.
- Demonstrate experience at Supervisory level, especially of a multi-discipline teams.
- Extensive proven and relevant experience on fixed plant equipment such as grinding mills, screens, Conyers, crushers and pumps.
- A sound understanding of maintenance work management processes with experience in managing maintenance work utilising a CMMS system, particularly SAP.
- Demonstrate s sound understanding of the principles of Asset Management, Reliability Cantered Maintenance and Root Cause Analysis.
- A competence to submit technical assessment reports
