We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Site Administrator to join our team at Agnew and play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our site.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and enjoys working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
Roster on offer is 8 days on 6 days off FIFO from Perth

What you’ll be doing
- Providing high quality, timely and efficient administration support
- Maintaining accurate records, including a variety of site reports
- Acting as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, on a range of matters ensuring smooth information flow.
- Assisting with booking travel, accommodation, and site access for visiting staff or contractors.
What you will bring
- We are seeking someone proactive, and team focused. You will be adaptable and able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Skills and experience sought after include:
- Solid knowledge in all Microsoft Office application
- Experience in a mine-based office administrative role will be highly regarded
- Exposure to using SAP, Success Factors, InFlight and InControl beneficial
- Certificate II level qualification in Business Administration of interest
- Valid manual driver’s licence
