Join Gold Fields as the Personal Assistant to our General Manager at Gruyere. You'll be the glue that holds the leadership team together—managing communications, streamlining operations, and helping drive strategic goals forward. This is more than admin: it’s a role that connects people, plans, and performance.
This role is offered on 4 days on, 3 days off roster FIFO from Perth.

How you will add value:
- Provide high-level executive support to the GM and leadership team
- Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and communications
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and briefing documents
- Drive internal comms and ensure smooth information flow across site
- Support key projects and ensure timely action on critical items
What will you bring:
- Proven Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator experience, ideally in mining or heavy industry
- Excellent communication skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels
- Highly organised with strong prioritising and multitasking skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Cert II in Business Admin (desirable)
- Valid manual driver’s licence
