This is a permanent Full-Time FIFO role from Perth, offered on 4 days on, 3 days off, 8 days on, 6 days off roster.

 

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager People, you’ll provide hands-on business partnering to operational leaders, helping build an engaged and values-driven workforce. From employee relations and performance coaching to recruitment and development, this is a role where you’ll truly make an impact.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising and coaching leaders on employee relations, performance management, and policy application.

  • Responding to employee queries with care, professionalism, and efficiency.

  • Supporting recruitment efforts, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

  • Managing data and reporting to ensure accuracy, integrity, and actionable insights.

  • Assisting in the consistent rollout of People & Engagement systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Championing diversity, inclusion, and a performance-focused workplace culture.

 

About You
You’re a relationship-builder and problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments. You bring energy, integrity, and a collaborative approach to everything you do.

 

You’ll also have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, investigations, and performance management.

  • A high level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • A current driver’s licence.

  • Prior experience in a FIFO or mining/resources environment (highly regarded).
