Gold Fields Australia 2026 Graduate Program

 

We are now accepting applications for our 2026 Graduate Program, to commence in early 2026.

The Gold Fields Australia two year Graduate Program offers tailored mentoring, technical development, support and role specific training to help you succeed in your career. Whilst rotating across our four Australian mine sites, you will have the opportunity to learn from a team of experience professionals.

We are seeking applications from passionate & motivated candidates keen to commence their career as a Graduate: Psychosocial. These roles will be offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off Fly in Fly out roster from Perth.

 

To be successful in your application, you will:

  • Be due to complete your Tertiary Qualification in Psychology or Behavioral Science (or related field) at the end of 2025 (or have completed within the last 12 months)

  • Have a current C Class manual drivers licence, or the ability to obtain one prior to the commencement of the Graduate Program early 2026

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Be a problem solver and innovative thinker

  • Have an advantage if you have completed prior vacation work within the mining industry

  • Have working rights to live and work in Australia with no visa restrictions

  • Able to submit a copy of your Academic Transcript when you apply
