A rare opportunity exists for an Internal Communications Advisor to join the team helping ensure our people stay informed, inspired, and aligned with what’s happening across the business.
This is a permanent role based at our Perth office with site travel. In supporting our four mine sites in the Gold Fields region you will spend alternate weeks at site embedding yourself in their individual communities.
How You Will Add Value:
- Implementing the Group Communications Strategy at site level, ensuring employees understand how it applies locally.
- Assisting and guiding the GM and senior leadership team members with the development of communication material
- Delivering clear, tailored communications to keep site based employees informed about key site priorities and their roles.
- Creating and editing high quality content for internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails, presentations, and employee addresses.
- Acting as a custodian of the brand and style guidelines ensuring consistency across all communications.
- Assisting with implementation of in-country programmes to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Supporting change management initiatives by communicating updates clearly to employees.
- Assist in designing programs to measure the impact of communication strategies.

About You
You’re a relationship-builder who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments. You will bring energy, integrity, and a collaborative approach to everything you do. Going to site and embedding yourself with our key stakeholders will excite you!
You’ll also have:
- Previous experience working in a dedicated internal communications role. Skills in delivering communications in complex or highly regulated industries will be beneficial.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
