As a key member of our global Asset Management, Energy and Technology team, you’ll be the technical subject matter expert on the commercial aspects of energy supply across our global assets.

 

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Develop and implement governance, strategies and guidance for energy supply, management and security.
  • Monitor energy market supply and cost landscape to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Negotiate, manage and support energy supply contracts, ensuring performance is tracked and reported
  • Oversee tenders for construction of new energy infrastructure
  • Lead the process for contract award
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contract counterparts, ensuring best practices in contract governance
  • Conduct supply risk reviews and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders

About You

  • Proven experience in both on grid and off grid energy sourcing and infrastructure development
  • Skilled in drafting and interpreting procurement and contracting documentation
  • Deep knowledge of key energy contracts, including:
    • Power Purchase Agreements (PPA’s)
    • Gas Transportation Agreements (GTA’s)
    • Gas Supply Agreements (GSA’s)
    • Infrastructure Development Agreements (DA’s)
    • EPC and D&C construction contracts
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent) in an energy related field
