Role Details:

Reporting to the Unit Manager: People & Engagement (P&E) Service Delivery, you will be responsible for directly managing the assessment and provision of P&E insights/analytics to engage key stakeholders on P&E metrics and insights to continuously find ways of working smarter and unlocking potential. This role also drives and implements change initiatives to support and improve the delivery of the P&E strategy, optimise performance, and meet business needs.

This role is offered on a 9 day fortnight roster at our Perth corporate office. For this role we will consider full-time, part-time or job share options.

About the role:

  • Provide leadership to the Insights & Initiatives team within the regionalised P&E Service Delivery department;

  • Ensure resourcing planning is regularly undertaken and implemented to provide for ongoing needs of the Insights & Improvement team;

  • Actively manage and support performance management for all Insights & Initiatives team members to optimise performance;

  • Assess P&E and business analytics to identify future state design across people, technology, data and process. Contribute to business planning and manage the Workforce Planning process;

  • Facilitate and lead harmonisation of P&E practices with input from both Regional and Global stakeholders (as required). Responsible for design, planning and implementation of new P&E processes;

  • Plan and deliver organisation P&E initiatives by directing implementation through regional P&E teams. Support implementation through the creation of engagement, communication and training plans to embed change;

  • Transform accessibility and automation of P&E data and reporting. Develop real-time dashboard interfaces for P&E regional scorecard targets for analysis and reporting to realise modernisation initiative;

  • Engage with stakeholders on key P&E metrics and insights to shape P&E practices and derive improvement;

  • Track and report on program of P&E initiatives to realise benefits within agreed scope, time, cost and quality. Perform post-implementation reviews to validate project performance, business benefits, effectiveness and adoption.


About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline

  • Ideally prior experience or completion of certified courses for SAP/SuccessFactors

  • Extensive experience at a senior level in a HR services or IT Support Department, with a focus on SuccessFactors HCM end-user support role including business processes and regulations across multiple modules

  • Deep experience in human resources functional processes and management projects/leading change

  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated multitasking and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced level experience in MS Office Suite

  •  Demonstrated leadership capability, with strong communication, relationship building, influencing and change management skills
