The People Team at Gold Fields is growing and we have an opportunity for a People Advisor to join our Granny Smith team.
Role Details
Reporting to the Manager People, you will be responsible for providing functional human resources support to site with a focus on maintaining a motivated workforce that is committed to the success and values of Gold Fields.

This role is offered on a 8 days on, 6 days off roster, fly in fly out from Perth or drive in drive out from local Goldfields region.

About the role:
-
Provide advice, support and coaching to leaders in the areas of employee relations, policies, procedures, and performance management, ensuring tools and resources provided are consistently applied

Ensure all general employee queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

Provide support and guidance to leaders in the areas of recruitment, succession planning and employee development

Maintain integrity and accuracy of all reports for the People and department and effectively communicate, analyse, and interpret information gathered

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of all procedures and systems to create consistency within the People and Engagement function and monitor adherence and compliance

Foster a positive climate for an engaged, diverse, and inclusive workforce to drive a performance-based culture
About you:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
-
Proactive, adaptability and service minded approach
-
Exposure to employment legislation, investigations, and performance case management
-
Ability to work autonomously while building collaborative relationships and a team-focused approach
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Current Drivers Licence
-
Prior experience working in a mining or resources fly-in fly-out site environment is highly regarded
