Reporting to the Manager: Employee Relations & Experience, the ideal candidate will be a service-driven team player with a successful contract development and administration track record.


This position is to provide an efficient, accurate and timely service to all GFA employees while maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement of the functionality and capability of the People function.

 

This role is permanently offered on a 9-day fortnight roster at our Perth corporate office. We will consider full-time, part-time or job share options for this role.

About the role:

  • Manage and support performance management for all reports.  Ensure performance objectives and targets are SMART and deliver the expected outcomes.

  • Oversee the efficient delivery of the People Services processes to GFA employees by providing support to the People Services Administrators personnel to enable an accurate and timely service.

  • Deliver professional customer service by providing accurate, timely advice to GFA Site People personnel, GFA Managers, leaders and the broader employees.

  • Develop and facilitate SAP systems training of the HR module for all GFA HR Personnel, Payroll Personnel and Time Administrators to ensure all users have a high level of proficiency.

  • Contribute to the development, implementation and ongoing review of the People Services Department’s Business Plan to ensure that goals and targets are accomplished.

 

About you:

  • Certificate of Business/Office Administration/Human Resources

  • Demonstrated experience in computerised HR Systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors

  • Previous experience in managing/coordinating a team

  • Advanced level experience in MS Office Suite, Pipefy exposure desirable

  • Ability to communicate across departments and teams within Gold Fields
