This is a permanent Full-Time FIFO role from Perth, offered on 8 days on, 6 days off roster.

 

How You Can Have Impact?

 

You’ll be instrumental in:

  • Cultural Development & Engagement: Champion respectful workplaces and multi-asset collaboration.
  • Employee Relations & Support: Provide expert coaching and advisory services to leaders and employees.
  • HR Project Implementation: Lead key HR initiatives with strategic alignment and clear communication.
  • Engagement Activities: Drive onboarding, development planning, D&I, and wellness programs.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate and insightful People & Engagement reports.
  • Inclusive Culture: Promote diversity, inclusion, and performance-based results.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices meet legislative and organizational standards.

 

What Can You Bring?

 

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or IR/ER and manual driver’s license
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and building strong workplace relationships
  • Knowledgeable in employment legislation, investigations, and HR case management
  • Collaborative team member with positive, can do attitude
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments; FIFO mining experience is a plus
