About the role:

Gold Fields is seeking a technically skilled and solutions-focused Advisor Sustainability Systems to support the effective use and continuous improvement of INX InControl and InTuition across our Australian operations.

You will apply deep system expertise to analyse data, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the way we capture and use sustainability-related information across multiple sites. This role is pivotal in promoting data integrity, process consistency, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

In this role, you will:

• Act as the subject matter expert for INX suite (Including InControl, InTuition, Inflight and InForm)
• Provide high-level support, system administration, and troubleshooting
• Maintain and monitor database quality and ensure QA/QC processes
• Deliver actionable insights through system-based data analysis
• Manage system security access and user permissions
• Develop and deliver INX training across all operations
• Ensure compliance with legislative and internal recordkeeping requirements

About you:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Essential)
• Certificate IV in OHS (Desirable)
• Demonstrated INX administration experience (formal training or equivalent)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Current Manual C Class Driver’s Licence
