Role Details:
Reporting to the Superintendent Talent Acquisition, you will join an experienced, high-energy team who are responsible and passionate about attracting high quality candidates to the Gold Fields Assets and Perth Office in Australia.

This role is offered on a 9 day fortnight roster (full time hours) at our Perth corporate office on a 14-month Fixed Term Contract basis.

In this role, you will:

Source, select, and place candidates into a range of roles across our Assets and the Perth Office;

Deliver a professional and rigorous end-to-end recruitment process ensuring compliance with our legal obligations, as well as ensuring candidates are values aligned and competent;

Partner and deliver a high-quality service to our key stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, General Managers and Vice Presidents across our Assets and Global Locations;

Proactively recruit through developing and maintaining a network and talent pool of quality candidates for future business needs; and,
-
Leverage multiple candidate sourcing channels to identify and recruit candidates.
You will have:

Prior experience in an internal or external recruitment role within Mining or Resources;

Strong administration skills and outstanding attention to detail;
-
Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure and busy environment;

Previous experience with SuccessFactors would be highly regarded; and,
-
Knowledge of equipment and mining processes would be highly desirable.
