The Gold Fields Australia Vacation Program runs from December 2022 – February 2023 and offers tailored mentoring, technical development and role-specific training to help you succeed. You’ll learn from our team of talented professionals, exchange knowledge, build skills and gain experience.

We are seeking applications from passionate and motivated students keen to commence their career in Supply Chain. The successful candidate will work within our Purchasing team, procuring spare parts, consumables and services on behalf of Gold Fields’ Australian operations. This role will be offered on a 5 days on, 2 days off roster based at our Perth office.

About you:

  • Ideally in 2nd year or above of your relevant tertiary qualification in either Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce or Business Administration
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
  • Exposure and/or experience in a mining environment would be highly regarded
  • Prior experience working 8-hour shifts and adhering to safety procedures would be beneficial
  • Ability to follow instructions, pick up new tasks/software systems and work in a team environment
