Role Details:

Reporting to the Manager People you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks involving administration, flights and accommodation bookings, first-line communication with accommodation and flight service providers.

This role is offered on an 8 days on 6 days off roster and is a residential position to Kambalda or Kalgoorlie.

About the role:

  • Provide a professional service with flight administration to all visitors, business partners and St Ives employees
  • Deliver an efficient service by uploading manifests and liaising with flight service providers for passenger, freight or plane issues
  • Update and maintain flight loading schedules for the site, including St Ives employees and business partners
  • Maintain INX InFlight system by building work flights rosters. Conduct regular audits and maintain security access to InFlight to ensure the integrity of the data and compliance with the Privacy Act is met
  • Assist with administration duties as directed by the Manager People or other Senior Management
  • Liaise with Village business partner to resolve queries raised in relation to accommodation and check-in issues
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions and service receipt invoices for Support Services in SAP

 

About you:

  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated strong experience in the use of INX InFlight
  • Previous use and knowledge of SERKO and Avantik systems would be favourable
  • Proven experience in the use of SAP & efficient with Microsoft Office programmes
  • Experience in multi-tasking in a busy, customer service environment
  • Effective communication skills
