Role Details:

Reporting to the Projects Coordinator at St Ives, you will be responsible for providing detailed technical first line installation, support and administration of critical mine production systems and digital (IT/OT) infrastructure to ensure the mining operation meets operational targets in a safe, productive & efficient manner.

This role is offered on 8 days on 6 days off roster and is Fly in Fly out from Perth or Drive in Drive out from the Goldfields region.

About the role:

  • Assist in effective control of production-related hardware and software solutions.
  • Digital IT/OT Service Management:
  • Provide administration and management of mine production system vendor service level agreements.
  • Support and maintain operational applications, also be involved in the design, install, testing and improvement of applications that form part of the mine production system and digital mine operations centre.
  • Monitor and control the health of the vital business functions with the operations centre (bandwidth, servers, tablets, Radiating Wi-Fi, On-board telemetry, switches)

 

 

About you:

  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Valid C Class Drivers License
  • Recognised qualifications in Auto Electrical/Communications or Information Technology
  • Prior experience in an underground mining environment
  • Applied First Aid certificate would be an advantage
