Gold Fields is currently seeking a Dump Truck Driver to join their Surface Mining Team at St Ives Gold Mine.
Role Details:
As a Dump Truck Operator, you will drive surface mining mobile machinery to recover ore, and work to ensure targets are met safely and timely following operational standards.

This role can be offered on the following rosters:
Residential (Kambalda or Kalgoorlie): 4 days on, 4 nights on, 6 days off roster. There is a bus provided to and from site daily.
FIFO from Perth: 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster.

About the role:
- Actively contribute to and promote a strong safety culture at St Ives by working in a safe and responsible manner.
- Hauling loads, working collaboratively with team members to ensure ore loading and delivery are completed according to plan.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of task instructions and standard operating procedures, ensuring full compliance at all times during operational activities.
- Support efficient mining operations by providing reliable and accurate operational knowledge and practical application to minimise down time and potential loss of production.
- Meet production targets by operating equipmen safely and efficiently, with a strong understanding of ore handling processes including loading, hauling, unloading, and managing cycle times.
About you:
- Previous experience in Surface Mining operations operating dump trucks is essential.
- C’ Class Manual Drivers License
- Demonstrated high level of safety standards and work behaviour
