Gold Fields is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Training Advisor to join our St Ives Training Team.
In this role you will play a key role in competency development and assessment, training compliance and driving continuous improvement across our site.

Our St Ives site is based in Kambalda, this role is being offered Fly in Fly out from Perth on 8 days on 6 days off roster. The successful incumbent can also reside locally in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie.
You will be responsible for:
• Conduct competency assessments across operational areas.
• Assist and support departments with planning and scheduling training activities.
• Manage training records for both Gold Fields employees and our Business Partners.
• Administer the Learning Management System ensuring accurate and up to date records.
• Support the modernization of training methods, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and best practices.
• Facilitate inductions and group training sessions as required.
• Champion safety and support the rollout of safety initiatives across site.
What You Bring:
• A strong proficiency in computers and the full MS Office suite.
• Experience administering training systems, such as SuccessFactors LMS, Moodle and/or INX InTuition.
• An innovative mindset, with a passion for questioning the norm and driving change.
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing training that aligns with adult learning principles.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
