Gold Fields is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Mining Surveyor to join our high-performing mining team. Reporting to the Senior Surveyor: Mining, you will provide a comprehensive survey control service to contribute to the achievement of production and development targets across St Ives' underground and open-pit operations.

This on-site position is offered on 8 days on, 6 days off roster and would require the incumbent to be residential in Kalgoorlie or Kambalda or Fly  in Fly out from Perth.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • An autonomous, driven, and safety-conscious individual who is willing to share knowledge with others
  • Possess a formal qualification in Surveying (Degree or Diploma
  • Have or be working towards an Authorised Mine Surveyors Certificate Grade 1 or 2
  • Demonstrated experience in mine surveying, both underground and open pit
  • Exposure in mine surveying applications such as Deswik & survey instrumentation such as Leica & Trimble
  • Possess a valid manual driver’s license
